Energetic and clear
It's good! I heard it’s best taken on an empty stomach, so I tried that first thing in the morning. I’ve had some stomach issues when taking it at the same time, but after a meal, I felt fine. Drinking it gives me back my youthful energy, and when combined with an omega-3 supplement, I notice my vision feels clearer. Not sure if this is the recommended method, though.
